From bbceed06c6d7c5e6c89371843b7f7e3e13866c5b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rachel Simone Weil Date: Sat, 7 Oct 2023 21:30:12 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Updates README.md with more inclusive language (#288) This change replaces "a sanity check" with "an additional check." Justification: > The phrase sanity check is ableist, and unnecessarily references mental health in our code bases. It denotes that people with mental illnesses are inferior, wrong, or incorrect, and the phrase sanity continues to be used by employers and other individuals to discriminate against these people.
